What is the process and my shipping options?

Can I send my excess luggage?

Yes. We understand that there is a limit of additional bags with your airline. We offer freight forwarding services to our destination for a more affordable rate than at the airport.

Are there any restrictions?

YES.

Please read our page stating all types of dangerous goods that are restricted, and therefore can not be shipped as regular cargo, and requires IATA regulated packing and documentation.

We sympathise that you are allowed to pack these items when you fly personally, however these are the IATA rules and regulations for cargo, and everyone must comply. 

Failure to do so will result in, delaying your shipment, extra charges, possibly a fine from the airline and the potential for the goods to be destroyed. The items are quickly spotted dring the screening (x-ray) process.

How is the price calculated?

Air freight: Our prices are set per kilogram on the overall weight, or in some situations based my the volume weight. Volume weight will be calcuate if the shipment is light but large, and therefore requires a lot of space on the aircraft for example. Please see below image as an example.

And no, it does not matter if the items are boxed or in suitcases, or how many. As long as the packaging is sturdy and secure.

Sea Freight: Per container or cubic size

Road or Express would be similar to above. We request that you contacvt us directly for specific quotes. 

Can you arrange custom clearance at my destination country?

Yes. We have agents in the Middle East who can assist you with custom clearance, and also if you prefer to pay all fees their, we accept 'collect charge'.

Do you offer packaging?

Carton boxes can be pre-ordered from us and we can also assist in wrapping your items in plastic wrap.

Palletising is also available

We can arrange wooden crates for more valuable and fragile items

What do we need from you?

In order to complete all the necessary documentation, we will require the following information:

1. Name of the reciever; as per their ID

2. Receivers address

3. Contact telephone number at destination country

4. Acurate description of the goods for custom purposes and to insure there is nothing hazardous, or anything requiring special packing
